Operating Level 2 chargers and want out? Parked Energy buys L2 charging sites across Southern California. Fair offers. No broker fees. We take over the hardware, the software, the billing, and the maintenance — you get a clean exit.

Running a few chargers used to feel like a side income. Now it's permits, firmware updates, payment disputes, vandalism reports, and a software bill every month. We do this full-time so you don't have to.

What we buy

Sites we acquire

  • Operational Level 2 charging sites
  • Single locations or small portfolios
  • Any major hardware brand: ChargePoint, Blink, FLO, Wallbox, Tesla, Autel, and others
  • Sites with existing site host agreements in place
  • Locations across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties

Not buying DC fast charging sites at this time — Level 2 only.

Who this is for

  • Property owners who self-installed and don't want to operate
  • Independent operators and small networks ready to exit
  • Gas stations, c-stores, and fleet yards offloading chargers
  • Anyone tired of maintenance calls, software fees, and chargeback disputes

If your site is broken, abandoned, or only partially operational — we still want to hear about it.

How it works

  1. 1
    Tell us about the site

Email the address, equipment, port count, and whether a host agreement is in place. Takes about five minutes.

  2. 2
We evaluate and make an offer

We review utilization, hardware condition, and host terms. You get a written cash offer within 7 business days. No obligation.

  3. 3
    We close and take over

Standard purchase agreement. Title transfers. We assume hardware, software, billing, maintenance, and host relationships. Typical close: 30 days.

Why sell to Parked Energy

Operator buyer, not a broker

We run chargers for a living. We're buying for our own network, not flipping a deal. No broker fees, no middleman, no listing.

Cash offer in 7 business days

You get a written number quickly. Decide on your timeline. No drawn-out diligence calls before you know the price.

We honor your host agreements

Existing site host contracts stay in place. Your tenants, landlords, and partners keep getting paid the same terms — under our operation.

Clean exit, no loose ends

Software contracts, network logins, payment processing, parts inventory — we take it all. You hand over the keys and move on.

Questions sellers ask

Do you buy single chargers, or only multi-port sites?

Both. A single dual-port pedestal at a small property can absolutely make sense for us — especially if it's in a high-traffic SoCal market. We also buy portfolios.

Will you buy a site that's broken or partially down?

Yes. Many of the sites we acquire need repair work. Tell us what's wrong and we'll factor it into the offer. You don't need to fix anything before we talk.

Do you buy DC fast chargers (DCFC)?

Not right now. We're focused on building out our Level 2 network across Southern California. If you have a DCFC site, send it over anyway — we may revisit DCFC later, or we may know an operator who'd be a fit today.

What about my contract with ChargePoint, Blink, or another network?

We assume or buy out network and software agreements as part of closing. You don't have to negotiate an exit with them yourself — we handle that piece.

What happens to my arrangement with the property owner?

Existing site host agreements transfer to Parked Energy. Revenue share, lease terms, and any commitments to the property owner stay intact. If they want changes, we'll work with them — but nothing is broken on your way out.

Do you only buy in Southern California?

Right now, yes — Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties are our primary footprint. If you're outside that area, send the details anyway. We may still be interested or know someone who is.

How is the offer calculated?

The main inputs are trailing utilization (kWh delivered and revenue), hardware condition and remaining useful life, host agreement terms, and site quality. We share the math when we send the offer — no black box.

How long does closing take?

Typical: 30 days from accepted offer to funds and title transfer. Faster is possible for smaller sites with clean documentation. We've closed in under two weeks when both sides moved.

Talk to a person, not a form.

You'll work directly with the operator buying your site — not an analyst, not a broker. Email below, or include a phone number and we'll call you back the same day.
